Pre Flight Post

Well we have made it safely to the airport, despite Taxi being half hour late.

Currently sitting in Qantas Club drinking coffee and munching on freebies (see photo below, just figured out how to take photo using laptop and uploading, thk you Brando).

Everyone is excited about our holiday, next post will be from San Francisco !!!

Oooops - think there calling us over the PA, gotta go.

"Tour Captain" update

Well 2 days before we depart and the Harvy team is ready to embark on their US/Mexico tour. Bags are packed, cameras & laptops charged and credit cards at the ready.

First stop is San Francisco where the tour itinerary currently includes a baseball game (Oakland A's v Boston Red Sox, thks Mary) and a tour of Alcatrez (need to watch my back here, Sonia and kids may try and leave me behind!)

Many other things to check out also - Golden Gate, Fisherman's Wharf, cable cars, Union Square (shopping district, will need to watch Sonia closely), Chinatown.

Two days and counting down!

OK two day to go and what am I doing? Packing....NO! Stephen just asked me to set up a blog so we can share our holiday with friends and family! You guy's better visit this blog and post a comment and let us know how you are all going or I will kill you *lol*
